Starsgram is built to work without asking for personal information. This page explains what we store, why we store it and how long we keep it.

1. What we store

When you use @starsgramxbot, Telegram shares your Telegram user ID, name and username with us. We use them to identify your account. We also store what your use of the service creates:

  • Your sales, orders and payouts, with their amounts and dates.
  • The Gram wallet address you save for payouts.
  • For orders, the Telegram username that receives the Stars and the blockchain transaction of your payment.
  • Technical data such as IP addresses, recorded for security and fraud prevention.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, ID documents, email address or phone number. We do not read your messages or contacts. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

3. This website

starsgram.net sets no advertising cookies. Our server records standard request logs, such as IP address, page and time, to keep the site secure. If you place an order on the website, we keep the order details listed in section 1.

4. Services we rely on

  • Telegram, for the bot, Stars payments and messages.
  • Fragment, which delivers the Stars you buy. It receives the recipient username and the amount.
  • The Gram blockchain. Payments and payouts on it are public and permanent.
  • Our database and hosting providers, which store data encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active, and transaction records for as long as we need them for accounting and fraud prevention. Ask us and we will delete your account and the records we are not required to keep within 14 days.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to data is limited to the systems that run the service. We never ask for, and never store, private keys or seed phrases.

7. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
